[vmchecker-dev] a new small feature implemented

Hi,

I've implemented a new small feature, and that is: the currently
selected course is stored persistently between sessions. So if you
close the window and re-login into vmchecker, you will get the first
view on the last course selected. This is useful to avoid as much
possible displaying to students uninteresting courses (PA for the 4th
year students for example).
