It's the end of the week and it's time to post our new objectves.

1) Write your results
2) Setup your objectives and estimates

The first deadline is tomorrow before our meeting so that I have
(hopefully) time to review your objectives and key results and find
things to improve. The hard deadline is Sunday and will include the
suggestions/comments from our meeting.

Lucia, Mihai you are on your own now. Of course, I can guide you if
you need any help.
