Hello,

Numărul din noiembrie al HCAR a apărut. Varianta HTML este la
http://www.haskell.org/communities/11-2013/html/report.html și conține
link și către varianta PDF.

Următorul CFC este în aprilie dar vom primi și contribuții de pe parcurs.
