Mai jos ai testul facut de mine de pe RDS (now DigiNet) Fiberlink 2 (http://www.rdslink.ro/fiber/fiber_abonamente.htm 
) - 10 hops pana in elf.cs.pub.ro.

Cred ca problema este undeva la tine, sau poate a fost vreun spike in  
trafic azinoapte (nothing planned AFAIK).
