Sounds like human-only shadowrun (presupun ca black/spec ops nu sunt
neaparat militare in natura, avand in vedere ca exista o forma de
guvernamant globala, (oricat de tiranica), ci de spionaj industrial, avand
in vedere toate noile tehnologii dezvoltate si in curs de dezvoltare;
furthermore, chiar daca sunt militare in natura, tot ar avea de castigat de
pe urma tehnologiilor in curs de dezvoltare (augmented soldiers, better
comms and so on)). Sounds like a world ripe with opportunity.

Ofc cybernetics and mutagens mark you as not human (whether in obvious or
not so obvious ways), leading to mistrust and a whole new layer of
segregation among people. New faiths probably spring up out of nowhere as
well. Cybernetics and mutagen companies have agendas an put pressure on the
government (whether on a local or global scale, in the same way that the
oil, technology and pharmaceutics industry do today, in fact, I expect that
some of the major players on the industry scene (cyber, mutagen, energy)
will be the same as today (technology, pharmaceutics, energy respectively)).

This means that Google, Microsoft, AMD, Intel, Apple, and such will be
providing EHESD (electronic human enhancement systems and devices).

There will also be a purist movement (spun off either the kkk or some other
fundamentalist group), that believe that the human form should not be
altered (the kind of nuts that are against medical care nowadays for
example). Also things like mutant pride parades and cyber olympics should
be interesting :).
