i thought it's a server or something similar and it's ok to leave it
up and running.

anyway, sometimes the connection doesn't die.
test: establish control
connection................................failed: Address already in
use

the solution is to use SO_REUSEADDR as in [0]

The linux version works fine [1] but the windows [2] version has some
problems. any suggestion?
