[vmchecker-dev] misc module not found.

misc module was outdated & removed last week (me & lucian made some
cleanups and ended in an empty file after merging  :D)
vmcheckerpaths has a short description for each directory under root.
we added a new directory everytime we felt like & its a little bit of
a mess now :)
