am terminat de scris remote_check.py. astept code review. am testat de
mana ca merge, si pana primesc code-reviewul o sa-l mai testez cu
cateva teste mai busite :)

il gasiti in bin/
exemplu de tema gasiti in examples/

mod de invocare: ./remote_check.py exemples/Ion_[...].ini
