[PATCH] staging: speakup: replace asm/serial.h with linux/serial.h

I have a question.

The file linux/serial.h is included here:
#include <linux/serial.h>      /* for rs_table, serial constants */
 #include <linux/serial_reg.h>  /* for more serial constants */
 #ifndef __sparc__
Why I have to include again here?
#include <linux/serial.h>
 #endif
