[firefly] [PATCH 2/2] kernel: rcu: remove preemptible field from rcu_data structure

Delete from rcu_structure unused member preemptible. It was also used in
rcu_init_per_cpu, but with no useful purpose, as it is only a parameter, 
but does not influence anything else.
