[CSProjects] SVN post-commit hook

Salut,

am reusit sa fac Subversion sa trimita mail dupa commit. Am anexat un 
exemplu de cum arata, dar evident ca poate fi schimbat. Daca vreti sa va 
adaugati adresa de mail, editati 
/home/cspay/cspaysvn/hooks/post-commit_emails. Nu am incercat sa pun 
cate un mail pe linie, dar pe aceeasi linie si separate de spatiu sigur 
merge daca adaugati.

Exista un mic neajuns: toate commit-urile or sa apara de la user-ul 
cspay, caz in care am putea sa ne adaugam numele in log (artificial 
totusi, tinand cont ca svnlook author intoarce autorul ultimei schimbari).

In afara de asta, totul pare in regula. Mai lipseste doar codul :-)
